Territory Manager

to drive sales and business development across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kansas. You’ll be the local face of FireFly, walking fairways with superintendents, leading demos, and showing how autonomous mower technology transforms turf management. Expect to spend much of your time on the road, building relationships, generating revenue, and closing deals that help courses modernize operations. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a sales growth plan across the Texas & South Central territory Build strong relationships with superintendents, general managers, and decision-makers Conduct live, on-course demonstrations of FireFly’s autonomous mowers Represent FireFly at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events Achieve sales targets and manage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM Partner with Inside Sales and SDRs for smooth handoffs and follow-ups Provide leadership with regular territory performance updates and market insights Share field learnings to support sales strategy and product roadmap development What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of outside sales experience in turf equipment, agriculture, sports turf, or related industries Familiarity with golf course or sports field operations preferred Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication and presentation skills, from the course to the boardroom Willingness to travel 50–70% across the South Central territory High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred You’re passionate about golf and sports turf industries You thrive in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment You’re motivated by uncapped earnings and entrepreneurial ownership of your territory You enjoy showcasing technology and helping customers modernize operations Aggressive uncapped commission plan (six-figure earning potential) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Paid training Company car and remote flexibility Ready to Join Us?
