Executive Assistant

Coppell, Texas

Base Salary: Up to $120,000 - $140,000 per annum

Schedule: Full-time, in-office (5 days a week)

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM


Our client is a leading specialist within Cyber Security. Due to on-going growth, they are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Executive Assistant with 5+ years of administrative support experience to join the team. In this role, you will provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and project assistance. You will act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring smooth communication between executives, staff, and external partners.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, has strong organizational skills, and can anticipate needs before they arise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Support special projects, conduct research, and compile data for executive decision-making.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to manage workflows.
  • Support overall office operations and actively contribute to initiatives that strengthen team collaboration, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.


Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience within a cyber security environment would be beneficial but not essential
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
