Coppell, Texas Base ***** Up to $120,000 - $140,000 per annum ***** Full-time, in-office (5 days a week) ***** 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Our client is a leading specialist within Cyber Security. Due to on-going growth, they are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Executive Assistant with 5+ years of administrative support experience to join the team. In this role, you will provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and project assistance. You will act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring smooth communication between executives, staff, and external partners.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, has strong organizational skills, and can anticipate needs before they arise.

Key ***** Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Organize and prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors. Support special projects, conduct research, and compile data for executive decision-making. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and handle confidential information with discretion. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams to manage workflows. Support overall office operations and actively contribute to initiatives that strengthen team collaboration, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

Skills ***** Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience within a cyber security environment would be beneficial but not essential 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
