Technical Specialist – ServiceNow Developer-ITSM
Location: India – Noida – Birlasoft Office
Area(s) of Responsibility ServiceNow Developer – ITSM (ITSM Certification mandate)
Key Skills Mandatory:
ServiceNow Developer with ITSM, ITAM/ITOM Module, SPM, PPM, Shell Scripting.
Nice to have:
ITSM, ITIL, HAM, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping.
Experience & Location Experience: 3-7 years.
Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad.
Non-negotiable ITSM Certifications mandatory.
Responsibilities
Perform configuration/customization of ServiceNow system including creation of workflows, portals and reports.
Build Service Request Fulfillment workflow from business requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows, UI actions, client scripts and business rules etc.
Automate different tasks using ServiceNow functionality.
Develop integrations and process automations via Orchestration, Web services, SOAP calls etc.
Manage clients, complex projects and participate in business requirement gathering.
Develop and configure applications using ServiceNow and build workflows and write automated scripts.
Develop advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI pages, UI macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Workflows, Custom tables etc.
Experience in designing, building and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with various third-party tools.
Qualifications
ServiceNow Developer with ITSM certification mandatory.
3-7 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, HAM, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping.
Experience with Shell Scripting, Orchestration, SOAP web services.
Ability to build and customize ServiceNow workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI pages, UI macros.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party tools.
