We are looking for a Commercial Area Manager for our Travel Retail Americas unit based in Miami. This position will be responsible for the LATAM region.

What you'll get to do Primarily responsible for managing the assigned accounts, develop a client strategy and achieve market share.

Functions and Responsibilities

Support the Regional Director in the management of Key Accounts, according to the assigned scope.

First point of contact for the customers for day‑to‑day management of the regional accounts in an assigned geographic area.

Build trust relationship with customers and work with them to maximize all aspects of business (sell‑in, sell‑out, investments, Retail Excellence). Support the team with major negotiations and lead negotiations at regional level.

Drive profitable sell‑out and value market share targets, at Sub‑Market or Area customer level.

Full sell‑in and partial P&L responsibility in cooperation with In‑store and Field Team for the sub‑region. Responsible for proposing and following budgets at sub‑region level, potentially in cooperation with other KAM or AM. Manage the reporting (sell‑in and sell‑out + other KPIs) at Account and sub‑region level.

In alignment with the regional director, propose and implement trade marketing plans to ensure Puig strategy and vision (3 years plan) are implemented and reached.

Coordinate cross function collaboration (Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, In‑store, Field Team) to ensure account management and support is executed with high standards.

Forecast for products, point of sales and gift with purchase, monitor sell in and usage to minimize obsolescence.

Support the implementation of the Retail Excellence plan.

Ensure admin tasks (price lists, assortments, delivery of documents and other material to customers or suppliers) are executed with high quality and on a timely manner.

Requirements

Five years or more of experience as Sales, Commercial or Area Manager in Travel Retail.

Experience in the beauty and/or luxury industries. Open to other industries within the Travel Retail sector.

Master’s degree in Economics or business‑related field, or its equivalent in experience.

Excellent command of English and Spanish required for the role.

Travel: availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
