Manage a full docket of employment law matters for major clients, including: EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agency charges EPLI-covered and single-plaintiff employment litigation Attorney demand letters All phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and hearings Case strategy, supervision of junior attorneys, and collaboration with senior partners The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person court appearances or client meetings as needed What We’re Looking For
Senior-level attorney with 8+ years of employment litigation experience Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution Law firm experience required; EPLI experience preferred JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state Strong communication, writing, and litigation skills This is the ideal role for an experienced employment attorney seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a high-quality legal practice — with none of the pressure to bring in business.
