ADP Payroll Support Representative Level I ADP is hiring a Payroll Support Representative Level I. The Payroll Support Representative supports Major Accounts Comprehensive Services Client users on WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB, and related applications by providing guidance and research in response to a wide variety of questions and issues presented by Client Payroll Administrators. The person in this role will use multiple tools and research resources to develop accurate and comprehensive responses regarding payroll practices and tax considerations, considering differences across states and localities. They will interface with multiple ADP service organizations and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, they will have familiarity with common HR questions and access systems across service organizations and knowledge bases. This role works closely with the Comprehensive Services Relationship Manager to address client requests and provides proactive updates to a specific group of clients. Key Responsibilities include: Responding to client questions regarding WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, and HRB applications, providing application/navigation support. Assisting clients with data maintenance, setup, configuration changes, and coordinating with functional areas such as PTO, benefits, and tax. Performing setup requests for new features like HSA, group life, and benefit accruals. Supporting payroll processing questions and troubleshooting issues. Using online tools and resources to research and respond to payroll, pay practice, and tax questions. Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and meet client expectations. Completing complex projects such as tax amendments, data adjustments, and benefit recalculations. Conducting research on tax changes and following up as needed. Additional duties include: Occasional extended hours during peak seasons, with 5-10 hours of OT during 6-8 weeks annually. Focusing on smaller or less complex clients, with complexity measured by client size, payroll structure, and workflows. Decision-making:

Decisions are based on established processes; exceptions are escalated to managers or senior team members. Internal and External Contact: Internal: Collaboration with other ADP teams for escalations and issue resolution. External: Direct contact with ADP clients. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; completion of FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll processing, with knowledge of payroll taxes, filings, and wage laws. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of WFN, PR, HR, TA modules, tax registration, ADP reporting, tools like SharePoint, AutoPay Mainframe, LUMIN, and internal tools. Exposure to additional offerings such as COBRA, 401k, and compensation benefits is desirable.
