What You'll Do Here: As a Product Designer, you’ll be part of the Product team, working closely with software engineers, product managers, and product owners. You will leverage your expertise in design and user research to enhance our products and processes.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience design, including wireframing, mockup creation, usability testing, and advocating for accessible, high-quality products. You will also lead and mentor the design team, providing feedback and strategizing for future design initiatives.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Design or a related field.
Experience with accessibility, enterprise workflows, design systems, and desktop application design.
Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, presenting, and collaboration.
Knowledge of usability best practices and user research.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.
A portfolio demonstrating responsibility for successful high-impact projects benefiting end-users.
This role requires fluent written and spoken English. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship at this time.
