What You'll Do Here: As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and product owners within the Product team. Your expertise in design and user research will drive product improvements. You’ll own the end-to-end user experience, including wireframing, mockups, usability testing, and advocating for accessible, high-quality products. You will lead the design team by providing feedback and collaborating on strategy, goals, and roadmaps for design initiatives. Here’s What We’re Looking For: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Experience with accessibility, enterprise workflows, design systems, and desktop application design. Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, presenting work, and collaboration. Knowledge of usability best practices and user research. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar tools. A portfolio demonstrating responsibility for successful high-impact projects benefiting end-users. This role requires fluent English communication.
