As passionate about our people as we are about our mission.

Why Join Q2? Q2 is a leading provider of digital banking and lending solutions to banks, credit unions, alternative finance companies, and fintechs in the U.S. and internationally. Our mission is simple: build strong and diverse communities through innovative financial technology—and we do that by empowering our people to help create success for our customers. What Makes Q2 Special? We celebrate our employees in many ways, including our “Circle of Awesomeness” award ceremony and employee celebration days. We invest in the growth and development of our team members through ongoing learning opportunities, mentorship programs, internal mobility, and meaningful leadership relationships. We also believe that having fun fosters trust and collaboration, exemplified by our annual Dodgeball for Charity event at Q2 Stadium in Austin, which raises money and awareness for community organizations. What You'll Do Here: As a Product Designer, you’ll be part of the Product team, working closely with software engineers, product managers, and product owners. You’ll use your expertise in design and user research to improve our products and processes. You’ll be empowered to listen to our clients’ needs and act on them. You will own the end-to-end user experience design, including wireframing, feature development, mockup design, usability testing, user research, and advocating for a high-quality, accessible product. You will lead the design team by providing meaningful feedback, thinking about the future of design at Q2, collaborating with other product team members, and presenting strategy, goals, and roadmaps for design. What People Say About You: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. You are driven, persistent, and proactive in improving processes. Your resourcefulness makes you a natural problem solver who perseveres through challenges. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a bias for action and a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization. Why Work With Us: PrecisionLender is a B2B software company serving commercial banking teams. Our product suite includes analytics, a virtual coach, and a skills suite. If you enjoy working on complex business requirements, building simple, intuitive workflows, and collaborating with industry experts in finance and software development, you’ll find a great home at PrecisionLender. Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For: While experience in the financial industry or software is beneficial, enthusiasm for learning is most important. Success in this role requires empathy, resourcefulness, and humility. Typically, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of related experience are required; an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience may also be considered. Requirements include experience with accessibility, complex enterprise workflows, design systems, and designing for desktop applications, along with strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, presenting work, usability, and user research. Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar tools is necessary. A portfolio demonstrating responsibility for successful high-impact projects is also required. This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
