What You'll Do Here:
As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with the product team—software engineers, product managers, and owners—to improve our products through your expertise in design and user research. You’ll own the end-to-end user experience, including wireframing, mockups, usability testing, and advocating for accessible, high-quality products. You will lead and mentor the design team, providing feedback and collaborating on strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with no experience, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with accessibility, enterprise workflows, design systems, and desktop application design.
Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, presenting, and collaboration.
Knowledge of usability best practices and user research methodologies.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
A portfolio demonstrating responsibility for successful high-impact projects benefiting users.
