Recruit management-level candidates for operations and senior sales roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. Analyze market trends and leverage data to refine talent acquisition processes and attract top-tier talent. Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and social media platforms to source the best candidates. Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring success rates, onboarding effectiveness, and integration outcomes. Partner cross-functionally to meet monthly and quarterly hiring objectives that support rapid company growth. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 8+ years of progressive experience in recruitment; proven track record hiring for management and senior-level positions. Demonstrated leadership experience managing recruitment teams and delivering results on tight deadlines. Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies. A strategic thinker with passion for talent acquisition and long-term career growth within an innovative organization. Proficiency with ATS/recruitment software and current sourcing tools/platforms.
