Our client, a leader in the consumer products space is looking for a dynamic individual to lead their Recruitment efforts

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and company vision.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team in a collaborative environment.
• Recruit management-level candidates for operations and senior sales roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Analyze market trends and leverage data to refine talent acquisition processes and attract top-tier talent.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and social media platforms to source the best candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring success rates, onboarding effectiveness, and integration outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally to meet monthly and quarterly hiring objectives that support rapid company growth.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and social media platforms to source the best candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring success rates, onboarding effectiveness, and integration outcomes.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in recruitment; proven track record hiring for management and senior-level positions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing recruitment teams and delivering results on tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• A strategic thinker with passion for talent acquisition and long-term career growth within an innovative organization.
• Proficiency with ATS/recruitment software and current sourcing tools/platforms.
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week
