Join Evolve Therapy Services, LLC as the Director of Rehabilitation for an in‑house Skilled Nursing Facility in Key West, FL. In this leadership role you will oversee all therapy operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Provide the best possible therapy services to patients consistent with established standards of practice and company procedures.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the therapy program in the assigned facility.
Maintain knowledge of and adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Establish facility‑specific procedures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and train all therapy staff on those procedures.
Ensure all therapists provide services in accordance with regulatory requirements and department standards.
Ensure all therapists adhere to regulatory requirements and company procedures regarding documentation and billing of therapy services.
Communicate and interact professionally and respectfully with patients and family members to meet their requests.
Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively discharge the responsibilities of the position.
Education & Requirements
Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology.
Must have an active (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP) license in the state(s) of practice.
Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.
Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
Results‑oriented with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
