(SAP&E) Technical Early Talent Rotation Program launches your career by diving into the vast, innovative world of SAP. SAP&E works on different technologies, develops new skills and connections, and makes an impact by contributing to SAP’s goal of being the #1 Enterprise application and Business AI company.

Join a cohort of curious, passionate, and motivated individuals

Rotate every 6 months across a vast array of teams to experience different technology stacks, products, and industries while refining your knowledge and understanding of the business

Receive impactful projects, tailored learning, robust mentorship, and networking opportunities

With this program, you will be better equipped to find teams within SAP that best align with your passions and career goals. As an SAP&E Next Gen, you will be eligible to permanently join a dedicated team after or during any of the three 6‑month rotations.

The goal for the SAP Academy for Product and Engineering program is to fill naturally occurring backfill or new roles in the company with SAP Academy for Product and Engineering participants.

You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by being part of a community. Our

required qualifications

for this recruitment cycle includes:

Graduating

from a degree or certification program in 2026 and ability to

start in July 2026 or January 2027

Education or relevant practical experience in

Software Engineering/Development, Data Science

(Bachelors, Masters, Community College, or Bootcamps)

No requirement for U.S. work authorization sponsorship, now or in the future.

SAP Academy for Product and Engineering currently does not support U.S. work authorization sponsorship at any‑point

Ability to work out of

Palo Alto

and/or

San Ramon, CA

offices at least 3 days/week (relocation stipend available)

Currently studying or residing in the United States.

Fluent in English: written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

Prior SAP experience

Foundational knowledge and/or hands‑on experience with GenAI languages, frameworks, and skills as described in the technical skills below

Involvement and/or leadership in associations or student organizations

Relevant internship or work experience up to 18‑months

Full Stack Software Engineering Track

Experience working with

APIs, databases, data structures, node.js, Git/GitHub ,

JIRA

Hands‑on experience in designing, testing, and implementing solutions.

Foundational knowledge in

LLMs, machine learning algorithms, TensorFlow ,

PyTorch

Knowledge of concepts to build

generative AI applications

backed by

advanced prompting

&

RAG technologies

and

agentic frameworks

Experience with

Spring Boot, Docker, Linux,

and

Go

is a plus
