This position is within EY's SAP practice, which delivers integrated technology platforms across Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Customer Experience, and more. Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and refine business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Perform configuration of SAP EWM and related SAP modules. Design custom RICEF solutions and document functional specifications. Perform testing of solutions. Support development and delivery of training materials. Provide on‑site hyper‑care support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise and strong business acumen. Assimilate new knowledge and continuously improve solution quality. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Skills and Attributes

Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost‑benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience working with SAP EWM. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Capacity for critical thinking and complex problem‑solving. Comfort researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Ability to build and manage relationships effectively. Willingness to travel 40‑60% of the time to meet client needs. Preferred Experience

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP certifications. Experience with at least one full‑lifecycle implementation of SAP EWM. Hands‑on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts. Experience delivering training materials for end users. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facility operations. What We Offer

Competitive base salary range for the US: $102,500 to $187,900. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), $122,900 to $213,400. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
