As the National Rums Ambassador, you serve as a charismatic and influential face of the brand to trade, consumer and internal audiences. Your dynamic and genuine passion for Rum allows you to effortlessly captivate any audience. From contributing strategic insights, developing trade advocacy plans and executing world-class programs, your adaptability and skill in managing multiple projects keeps this role both impactful and engaging. As a National Rums Ambassador, you serve as the voice of Bacardi Rums—building deep trade relationships, shaping advocacy strategies, and leading programs that drive brand growth and category leadership.
About You With a Founder’s mentality you are the visible image and face of your brand through consumer, trade, and digital channels. Working in collaboration with the brand marketing team, you will play a critical role in spreading the brand message and developing long lasting relationships to consumers, on-trade personnel, and distributor partners. Through your hospitality leadership experience, you will mentor regional ambassadors equipping them with winning strategies to elevate brand presence and performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, commercial, advocacy, and customer marketing to deliver and execute brand plans through various brand and sales activities.
G enerate brand and category awareness while educating key influencers in the on/off-trade channel including key customers by bringing to life brand programs to life (e.g. social media, events, happy hours, trainings, dinners)
Support bartender programs and promote programs through social media channels.
With our La Gran Familia, you will coach, mentor, and lead regional brand ambassadors internally or externally from agency partners sharing best practices and resolve any on premise obstacles
Gather information from the market, social media, and competition and transform this information into insights and opportunities for the brands
With a Founder’s mentality, you will lead projects and present disruptive ideas that put the brand at a competitive advantage and highest return on investment.
Skills / Qualifications
You must have a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
You must have beverage director experience with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the hospitality field/industry.
Ideally you will have regional brand ambassador experience or experience as a brand consultant.
You must have a deep understanding of the spirits industry and competition in your respective brand category.
You will have deep knowledge on cocktails and experience crafting cocktails.
You are influential and excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will have opportunities to display excellent written and verbal communication skills while also delivering impactful presentations in front of groups of people including executives distributor partners, Bacardi primos, vendors and customers (both internal and external) at all levels of an organization.
You must have the flexibility to travel to different cities and ability to work some nights and weekends
You are tech savvy and can use the Microsoft suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams

The base salary range listed for this position is $88,754-$130,078 and the salary within the range will be determined by the successful candidate's location, experience, skillset and other relevant factors.
