YOUR OPPORTUNITY As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will begin building your legacy and executing brand activations in multiple markets on the BACARDI Rums brand team. You will collaborate and have tremendous exposure cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Sales and Agency teams to plan and execute programs to engage consumers and deliver optimal brand performance. You will be based in Miami, Florida and report to the Brand Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute annual in‑market Brand Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) by bringing to life consumer‑facing brand activities, big and small, with excellence.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Marketing, Commercial Sales teams, distributor partners and external agencies to deliver exceptional trade activities by market and by channel.

Support and participate in building the annual Brand Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) by providing valuable insights and presenting compelling recommendations to senior management.

Support key brand initiatives across multiple channels (experiential, media, sponsorships, e‑commerce, POS) and ensure all brand assets in market adhere to global brand guidelines and local social responsibility policies and regulations.

Perform monthly brand performance analysis and be responsible for brand performance targets in market (revenue, profitability, share, equity) working closely with the financial performance team.

Manage an A&P budget assigned to you and make impactful decisions that minimise costs but optimise return on investment working closely with Consumer Insights to measure and evaluate the performance of brand activities to optimise A&P spend.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA would be ideal.

2–4 years of experience in brand management or agency experience.

Experience leading multiple marketing projects working cross‑functionally with multiple teams.

Ability to analyse available information (e.g., Nielsen data) for preparing reports, presentations, recommendations and solving problems to grow the brand.

Passionate, innovative, and creative marketer eager to put the consumer at the heart of all activities first to achieve results.

Founder‑centric mindset, well‑organised, independent thinker, capable of multitasking and presenting to small groups of executives, Bacardi primos, vendors and customers at all levels.

Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
