Grade Level (for internal use): 10 What we need help with: In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with our business objectives. While your focus will be on supporting specific functional teams, you will be contributing to the development and execution of programs that benefit our global organization. Success will require strong project and change management to deliver impactful, on-time programs that empower employees to grow and contribute meaningfully to our company goals. Strategic HR Planning: Partner with business leaders and employees at all levels to deliver proactive, consultative HR solutions aligned with strategic business goals. Build and maintain trusted relationships to influence and support organizational success. Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution. Conduct thorough investigations and collaborate with legal as needed to ensure fair and compliant outcomes. Professional Development: Coach leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management. Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and professional growth. Organizational Development: Assess organizational needs and recommend strategies to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement. Support and lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and employee alignment. Talent Management: Monitor and assess employee engagement regularly, leveraging survey data to provide actionable insights and strategies. Support the design and delivery of programs related to training, career mobility, and performance improvement. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to generate insights and support strategic decision-making. Create and present reports and dashboards to business leaders, with a strong focus on understanding the “why” behind the data. Administration and Ad Hoc Projects: Provide high-quality support for HR and Learning & Development projects. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Who you are : 7+ years’ human resources experience in a fast-moving company. 2 years of proven experience as an HRBP supporting a business unit and participating in business meetings and initiatives. Strong Employee Relations Skills is must. Experience supporting commercial/customer success/sales teams is preferred. Proven success in developing and launching companywide initiatives using a strategic change management approach. A relationship builder, able to converse confidently with associate level through executive level employees and candidates. Ability to deliver on commitments in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Detail oriented with the ability to research issues to find the best result. Proven ability to understand business concepts and apply them to people issues is critical. Serves as conduit for all areas of the HR department, ensuring ongoing communication and transparency Ability to think quickly on your feet and handle ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication skills You are able to contribute as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize your work. S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,817 to $125,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
