How You Will Impact
Supervise scheduling, training, and discipline of culinary and utility staff.
Oversee all culinary functions in the chef’s absence.
Manage daily kitchen production and resident meal service.
Ensure menu preparation meets recipe standards, food safety, quality, and dietary restrictions.
Maintain organization and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen, storage, and loading dock.
What You Will Need
Minimum 3 years full‑service experience.
Minimum 6 months supervisory and coaching experience.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Work in extreme kitchen temperatures, including hot kitchen and refrigerator/freezer.
Compensation: $56,000–$65,000 plus up to 8% bonus annually.
