Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Manager to join our office‑based team and drive meaningful change in our community. This role requires onsite leadership, clinical excellence, and team development skills.
Licensure Requirement Candidates must hold an active license in the District of Columbia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality of consumer treatment records.
Collect information about consumers through interviews, tests, and evaluation of day‑to‑day functioning within work, family, and other routines.
Provide therapeutic services through individual, family, and group sessions consistent with research, professional standards, and MBI values.
Prepare and complete diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments, clinical notes, referrals, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with MBI leadership to develop, coordinate, and evaluate clinical and non‑clinical training for staff.
Provide expert level consultation, guidance, and support to staff to promote excellence in clinical care.
Assist with developing, implementing, and expanding MBI services and programs to address identified gaps in mental health and supportive services.
Conduct follow‑up and after‑care planning services as needed. Expeditiously discharge inactive clients.
Provide emergency services during work hours and after hours as assigned.
Lead direct supervision to a team of clinical and non‑clinical staff that supports an interdisciplinary team approach to care and employee evaluations.
Attend staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and other activities that ensure smooth clinical operations.
Ensure that Community Support Workers (CSWs) complete a minimum of 25 SIDA hours each week.
Provide office‑based supervision to transition facilitators, including review of documents, productivity, and quality of interaction with consumers.
All duties must comply with D.C. mental health standards, regulations, and applicable laws.
Complete ten (10) billable hours weekly.
Attend all company‑required trainings.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Must be licensed in Washington D.C. as LPC, LICSW, or RN.
Mental and Behavioral Health 2 years (Preferred).
1‑3 years supervisory experience (Preferred).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Salary Competitive salary beginning at $85,000.00.
