We provide a wide range of services and programs for both adults and children to help individuals regain confidence and security, partnering with government agencies such as the Department of Behavioral Health, Department of Disability Services, and the National Institutes of Health.

We are hiring Residential Support Workers to help adults with mental health needs live safely and independently in a group home setting. You will provide 24‑hour support, assisting with grooming, meals, appointments, daily routines, while creating a clean, caring, and stable environment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and healthy living environment for residents.
Assist with personal tasks such as laundry.
Provide training and assistance in monitoring health, nutrition, and physical condition.
Continuously implement program goals related to individual care plans.
Report observations to management or clinical staff.
Coordinate transportation to community events for residents unable to use public transit.
Monitor and document residents’ behavior for potential medical or psychiatric crises.
Ensure daily health and safety of residents.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Certified in CPR, with annual renewal.
Current Food Handlers certificate.
Complete orientation and required regulatory training.
Meet minimum training and qualifications of a personal care aide as per DCMR.
Exhibit professional appearance with consumers.
