Area Sales Manager – Columbia, SC – Augusta, GA
Join Stellantis as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead dealership development and drive revenue for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships in the Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA markets. The ASM will serve as the primary liaison between dealers and Stellantis, ensuring market demand is met and sales objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
Forecast and set retail sales objectives by vehicle line to meet dealer orders and market demand.
Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability within the area.
Review dealer Minimum Sales Responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities.
Analyze dealer financial statements and consult on operational improvements to enhance retail operations.
Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate message and branding guidelines.
Maintain proper levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships.
Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher performance while meeting internal goals.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of sales or marketing experience
Live in or near Columbia, SC – Augusta, GA or willing to relocate
Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment
Excel at building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with leadership and achievement history
Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
