We’re seeking a driven, people-focused Territory Account Manager to grow our presence in VA Medical Centers, DOD clinics, Community Care providers, and Indian Health Clinics. This is a high-impact, rewarding role for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful solutions in the hearing health space.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales and increase product usage across government healthcare sites
Strengthen relationships with audiologists and clinic staff through ongoing support and training
Conduct business reviews, manage your pipeline, and keep CRM systems up to date
Lead in-office demos, seminars, and regional trainings
Collaborate cross-functionally to support account goals and territory strategy
Qualifications
2+ years in the hearing aid industry
MS, AuD, or Hearing Instrument Specialist license required
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and virtual tools
Strong communication, training, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel 75–80%
