The Global Education Content Manager will lead the development of compelling, scientifically grounded, and brand-aligned educational content that supports product knowledge, treatment protocols, and brand storytelling. This role bridges marketing, medical affairs, and training—ensuring our global partners, healthcare professionals, and consumers are empowered with the right information to drive trust and conversion.
Stay ahead of skincare trends, competitor education strategies, and innovations in medical aesthetics. The Global Education Content Manager is responsible for the conceptualization, writing, and deployment of engaging learning programs aligned with brand strategy to support global market needs. This position works closely with all cross-functional teams as well as the key regional education teams to create strategic programs across all product categories.
The successful candidate will use their expertise to create instructional content, courses, and training programs that cater to each audience’s needs. The primary goal is to ensure that the content is aligned with Image’s goals and objectives. The role will incorporate different technologies, multimedia tools, and instructional methods to create and deliver content for optimal retention. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create content that enhances the learning experience.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and manage global education content strategies for both consumer and professional audiences
Create high-impact training materials, product guides, treatment protocols, and digital assets tailored for dermatologists, estheticians, and medical distributors
Collaborating with R&D, medical affairs, and marketing to ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency
Localize and adapt content for regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and regulatory compliance
Lead the creation of e-learning modules, webinars, and video scripts for global training initiatives
Partner with sales and education teams to assess content effectiveness and optimize learning outcomes
Conceptualize, design and write curriculum and fact sheets to support education strategies, marketing programs and brand initiatives
Responsible for all EDU source development including new product launch education, seasonal launch education, brand protocols, and ongoing Expert Level Programs
Responsible for collaborating with regional education partners in the development and execution of curriculum
Collaborate closely with marketing to revamp product training manual
Teach and present EDU programs to regional EDU teams, as well as assess and measure results
Facilitate virtual and in-person classroom sessions and videos as needed
Conceptualize, write and develop supporting eLearning content as needed
Facilitate regular conference calls with regional EDU teams
Create virtual selling and consumer education content for TikTok, Instagram and site when needed
Collaborate with regional EDU teams to create selling & education scripts for BDMs
Design and execute a global education content roadmap aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and clinical initiatives
Develop multi-format content including manuals, presentations, infographics, e-learning modules, and video scripts
Translate complex scientific and dermatological concepts into engaging, digestible content for diverse audiences
Collaborate with medical affairs and clinical teams to produce peer-reviewed training materials and treatment protocols
Create CME-accredited content and support materials for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and licensed professionals
Ensure all medical-facing content meets regulatory and compliance standards across global markets
Build and maintain a global digital learning platform with tiered certification programs for professionals and retail partners
Host live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor learner engagement and performance metrics to refine content and improve outcomes
Partner with global marketing, sales, and product development teams to align messaging and support go-to-market strategies
Working closely with regional education leads to adapt content for local needs and cultural nuances
Serve as a brand ambassador in key industry events, trade shows, and professional forums
Maintain a centralized content library with version control and localization tracking
Establish editorial guidelines and review processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand tone
Audit existing content for relevance, scientific integrity, and performance
Stay informed on emerging skincare trends, treatment modalities, and consumer education formats
Pilot new content formats such as AR/VR training, gamified learning, and AI-powered personalization
Contribute to thought leadership pieces, white papers, and brand publications
Qualifications
Licensed esthetician strongly preferred 5+ years in education, content development, or training within skincare, beauty, or medical aesthetics Strong understanding of dermatology, cosmetic science, and skincare formulations Experience creating content for both consumer and medical/professional audiences Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a scientific edge Proficiency in digital learning platforms, content management systems, and visual communication tools Proven experience developing global content strategies and educational materials for professional audiences Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Esthetician License Preferred, or willingness to acquire license Knowledgeable in skin anatomy and skincare ingredient technology Five years’ related experience in education curriculum design Excellent creative conceptualization, written and oral communication skills - must be a strategic thinker Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Solid knowledge of course development programs and/or Learning Management Systems Field training experience preferred Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models preferred Facilitation and on-camera experience preferred Excellent organizational and project management skills Must be agile and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work in a highly collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal skills Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings and presentations. Occasional lifting of materials such as product samples or training kits (up to 20 lbs.). Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. Benefits Available
