Responsibilities Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Program Services section of the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) independently performs the more complex, difficult, and sensitive analyses and duties associated with reviewing or developing program policies, regulations and legislation that may impact OPSC and the Department of General Services (DGS). Additionally, the AGPA independently reviews and processes applications associated with appeals for presentation to the State Allocation Board (SAB).
Conflict of Interest: This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for a visa sponsorship or a training plan, now or in the future.
