The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join SoFi’s Money team, to help
new SoFi members discover, explore, and begin
their banking journey. You will lead experimentation in the Onboarding funnel and First 90 Day experiences for new members. This role will be responsible for optimizing the top of the Money application funnel from landing pages through to application start, as well as identifying opportunities to surprise and delight members in their first 90 days with SoFi. That includes building smart, personalized, and high-converting experiences, and using experimentation, data, and customer insights to continually iterate and improve.
You will own a high-impact area with strong business visibility, working at the intersection of growth, product, and member experience .
This is a hands-on, full‑stack PM role. You’ll partner with a dedicated engineering team, designer, growth marketers, data scientists, and many others to deliver measurable business impact and delightful member experiences. You’ll lead independently, own key metrics, and help shape the strategy for Checking and Savings growth at SoFi.
What You’ll Do
Help shape and execute a product‑led growth roadmap, with a focus on top‑of‑funnel onboarding and activation experiences
Define and track key success metrics, including Money landing pages → Application Start conversion, Application funnel conversion, NPS, and cross‑sell to other SoFi products
Develop and launch high‑impact experiments to drive funnel optimization, conversion uplift, and better member engagement
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, compliance, and operations to execute on growth plans
Partner closely with Design and Engineering to create intuitive, performant, and responsive web/mobile experiences
Use data and user research to deeply understand member needs, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly
Champion SoFi’s values, especially Iterate, Learn, Innovate in your day‑to‑day work
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field
3+ years of product management or growth product experience
Track record of driving meaningful business outcomes through data‑driven product development
Experience launching and optimizing growth experiences at scale
Ability to work independently, own KPIs, and communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas, insights, and results to leadership and cross‑functional teams
Deep empathy for customers and a desire to help people achieve their financial goals
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer fintech and/or data analytics
Background in growth product management, funnel optimization, or A/B testing
Familiarity with marketing platforms, or analytics stacks (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Optimizely, StatSig)
