Pay Details Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr.
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Location Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered.
About the Role As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

A Passionate Seller: Use sales expertise to turn prospects into happy policyholders.

A Customer-Centric Closer: Provide care and integrity in customer service.
Training & Benefits
16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start time.
Home work requirements: professional workspace, high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps).

Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
