Remote Inbound Sales Representative

Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Position Details
Location: Florida (remote within state). Must reside in the specified location.
Paid training and licensing included. Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months tenure before shift changes.
Equipment provided. Remote work requires a dedicated workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet not supported.

Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills; ability to close sales.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire (training includes licensing).
