Strategic Thinker: Skilled in long‑term planning, data‑informed decision‑making, and aligning resources to support student achievement.
Fiscal Stewardship: Experience managing complex budgets and advocating for equitable funding and resource allocation.
Commitment to Students: Champion for closing opportunity gaps for all students.
Integrity and Transparency: Leads with honesty, empathy, and a clear moral compass.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Valid NH Superintendent Certification (or eligibility for certification).
Minimum of 5 years of successful administrative experience in public education, preferably at the district level.
Demonstrated expertise in instructional leadership, school improvement, and organizational management.
Strong understanding of New Hampshire education laws, policies, and funding structures.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to lead with vision, empathy, and accountability.
