Position Overview

The

Project Manager

is responsible for leading all aspects of project delivery — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively with clients and trade partners, and takes ownership of project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall project delivery process from contract award through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow to ensure profitability and client satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee preconstruction coordination including budgeting, estimating support, constructability reviews, and value engineering Lead project meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure timely responses to RFIs, submittals, and change orders Manage subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and performance oversight Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and procedures Work closely with field superintendents to coordinate project phasing, manpower needs, and logistics Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule and within budget Oversee project closeout including punch list completion, turnover documentation, and client training Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with at least 3 years in a project management capacity Proven success managing projects ranging from $5M–$50M+ in size Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Knowledge of local subcontractor market and permitting processes preferred OSHA 30-hour certification preferred What the Company Offers
