Role Summary We are looking for experienced loan administrators who are passionate about helping others to join our Customer Care Loan Origination team. Our loan administrators are not on commission, which allows them to focus on what is best for the customer. We provide a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from the very beginning. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and embody our values.

Strongsville Customer Care Center

(18094 Royalton Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44136) or

Corporate Campus

(7007 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44105)

Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday (8:30a – 5:00p), Friday (8:30a – 5:00p/6:00p), Saturday (8:30a – 1:30p). You can expect to work on a Saturday once or twice a month. When you work a Saturday, you will have a scheduled day off during the week and work until 6:00pm the Friday of that week.

Responsibilities

Communicate by telephone, email and text messaging with prospective customers seeking a residential mortgage or an equity product

Regularly contact lead prospects and develop successful lead conversion strategies

Meet with your direct manager on a monthly basis to discuss performance and development

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year recent experience taking financial loan applications

Comfortable working with customers exclusively via phone and email

Strong ability to understand the callers’ needs and explain financial information

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar

Positive, proactive, and friendly demeanor

Ability to learn new programs/technology quickly

High School diploma or equivalent

Call Center experience preferred

Bilingual language skills preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
