We’re seeking a skilled
ITSM Analyst
to help drive the implementation, improvement, and adoption of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across our organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining ITSM processes aligned with the ITIL framework and ensuring compliance with standards such as SOC 2. You’ll collaborate across teams to strengthen service delivery, minimize disruptions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Develop, document, and enhance ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Request, Problem, Configuration, Knowledge Management).
Lead and participate in technical calls during major incidents and outages.
Drive root cause analysis and track corrective actions to resolution.
Facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure adherence to change management policies.
Monitor ITSM metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Partner with Compliance, Technical Operations, and IT leadership to ensure alignment with ITIL and SOC 2 requirements.
Maintain detailed process documentation to support audits and compliance initiatives.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate ITSM workflows.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of ITSM experience within the ITIL v3/v4 framework.
2+ years in Change or Problem Management within a mid-to-large enterprise.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, SOX, PCI, etc.).
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
