Position Overview
Inbound Remote Sales Representative
at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs and match correct coverages to convert leads into policyholders. Remote work, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day schedule.
Pay Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Total compensation includes base salary and generous commission. Top performers can earn up to $85k+ in second year.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult on insurance needs.
Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads.
Maximize sales through skillful phone conversations and product knowledge.
Maintain professional remote workspace and reliable high‑speed internet.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
