Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year with commission. Starting base $45K and average first year earnings $55K-$75K, up to $85k+ for top performers. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads. Consult with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs. Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Represent Liberty brand with integrity and customer focus. Adapt to remote work environment and required schedule 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service work required. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty license required after hire; paid training available. Benefits & Training
