What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Collaborate with customers and technical teams to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions Participate in the full software development life cycle as part of Agile scrum teams in various roles Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impacts Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, reporting project status and providing documentation
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or healthcare Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma 1 - 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry 1 - 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry Six Sigma certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
