What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market.
Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations.
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic referral partners to drive sales.
Execute a repeatable sales process to consistently identify and close new prospective clients.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant enterprise sales experience in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech.
Proven ability to sell to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail.
Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills.
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree.
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training.
