What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell a suite of Business Partnership products, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and align strategies with assigned referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 8+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience within the Fintech industry
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
