Assist in growing our business by providing excellent customer support and serve as the project coordinator of all installations while performing system implementations, software upgrades, and customer training with minimal assistance. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, identify potential “at risk” customers, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Resolve customer issues efficiently and participate in escalations as expected. Train other Technical Applications Specialists and travel outside the region to support other territories. Assist with product demos, technical presentations, and collaborate with Sales and Service peers to promote sales. Organize and participate in field-based customer education events. Work in accordance with government regulations, FDA and OSHA; adhere to all applicable training requirements and enforce company safety guidelines. Use appropriate Siemens Healthineers communication tools, maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record, and resolve customer issues and escalations efficiently. Assist in training other Technical Applications Specialists, travel outside the region as needed, and assist with product demos and technical presentations. Qualifications
Ability to travel within and outside the region more than 90% of the time, including Monday-Friday overnight travel. Valid driver’s license. BA/BS preferably in Medical Technology; thorough technical knowledge of medical technology. 2+ years of laboratory experience; prior field experience preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer problems and support the sales team’s efforts. Ability to prioritize critical customers and handle crisis customers first. Mandatory computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
