Position Summary
This is a career-defining opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting one of our Fortune 500 clients. As a Tax Manager, you will take ownership of complex federal tax processes and play a key role in shaping the tax strategy of a globally recognized organization. You will be involved in everything from compliance and provision to planning and audit support, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring rising talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage federal income tax compliance, provision, planning, and audit support for domestic operations
Provide technical guidance on corporate income taxation, including reorganizations and international structures
Ensure accurate tax accounting in accordance with US GAAP, specifically ASC 740
Analyze business operations and financial records to identify tax implications and deliver well-supported conclusions
Review and prepare complex tax filings including Forms 1120, 8865, 5471, 8858, and 1118
Represent the company during IRS audits and defend tax positions with clarity and confidence
Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to align tax strategy with broader organizational goals
Mentor and coach junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of six years of progressive experience in corporate tax
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Taxation or Accounting
CPA or other relevant professional certification
Experience with OneSource Income Tax and Tax Provision, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, and Hyperion
