We’re representing an exciting international player in industrial efficiency and decarbonization technologies, looking for an experienced Sales Candidate (senior level) to drive growth across the Mid-West, USA.
This is a senior strategic role for a commercially astute sales leader with a deep understanding of heavy industrial clients and complex solution sales.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a focused go-to-market strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of technical sales professionals to deliver high‑value solutions that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a
high‑performing sales team
focused on heavy industrial sectors across USA.
Develop and implement a
sector‑specific sales strategy
aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Engage with clients across
mining, manufacturing, metals, and steel sectors
to deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with
engineering and product teams
to design and present technical, commercially viable proposals.
Drive
new business growth , expand market presence, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
Ideal Profile
5+ years’ B2B sales leadership experience in the
heavy industrial sector (mining, manufacturing, metals, or steel would be an advantage)
Proven success selling
complex, solution‑based offerings
A consultative approach to relationship‑building and client engagement
Strategic mindset with hands‑on leadership and execution capabilities
Based in the U.S., with willingness to travel up to 30%
