This role follows a hybrid work model with on-site presence at our Redmond campus at least three days a week.
Responsibilities
Lead month‑end analysis focused on key business health drivers and forecast assumptions, identifying risks, opportunities, and trend variances.
Develop and maintain scalable business health frameworks that promote consistency and efficiency of analysis and insight across partner finance teams.
Serve as the subject matter expert for data operations, ensuring excellence in revenue hierarchy governance and new SKU creation processes.
Improve current methods used in analysis, leveraging our advanced AI solutions to develop automated financial reporting tools and automate business processes.

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field.
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of FP&A experience within a medium or large multinational company or matrix‑based organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 3+ years of post‑graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience.
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 5+ years of post‑graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience.
OR equivalent experience.
