This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale tenant improvement projects worldwide, delivering high-value initiatives that shape our global workplaces.

What You’ll Do

Manage multiple concurrent office buildout projects end-to-end, including planning, design, permitting, procurement and construction, ensuring alignment with design standards and executive expectations.

Lead RFPs and vendor selection for architects, contractors and service providers.

Act as the conduit between internal Workplace, Corporate Engineering, Security and other functions to align project goals.

Guide local design teams to ensure compliance with project objectives and commission criteria.

Review and validate reports, drawings, timelines and cost data from architects, contractors and suppliers.

Assist with program financials, including funding requests, budget adherence, forecasting and cash‑flow management.

Provide strategic input on cost control, value engineering and constructability to optimize project outcomes.

Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety compliance and adherence to project specifications.

Oversee contract and project closeout, including invoicing, retention release and confirmation of all deliverables.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, identifying opportunities to scale programs and standards.

Partner with Finance and Workplace Ops to track and manage fixed assets across sites, ensuring accurate inventory and reporting.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

7+ years of experience in design and construction project management, with proven success in office buildouts.

Strong leadership, strategic agility, collaboration and conflict resolution capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple phases of projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience handling construction contracts, project schedules and performance metrics.

Experience with RFPs, contracts and third‑party project management oversight.

10+ years of construction or facilities experience, especially in running general contractors and large vendor teams.

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are preferred.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM tools and project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Base Pay Range

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $123,000—$145,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $109,000—$128,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $96,000—$113,000 USD
