Sr. Database Admin / Engineer - Exadata Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a Sr. Oracle Database Administrator with 10+ years of experience supporting large‑scale or enterprise‑level database services. The role requires technical leadership on complex IT engagements, designing, configuring, and implementing full‑stack architecture and delivering innovative solutions that combine Oracle best practices and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Extensive experience with database design and modeling; collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation, and tuning.

Significant experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery.

Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and/or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration.

Must be an independent worker with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

10+ years experience administering and engineering solutions with Oracle database (10‑current).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; alternatively, four (4) years of work‑related experience may substitute.

Requirements
