Responsibilities
Provide Level I & II desktop support for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS
Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and peripheral issues
Manage imaging and deployment of new systems
Perform Active Directory administration (password resets, GPO)
Maintain and upgrade systems, ensuring standard business applications and peripherals are operational
Resolve virus/malware issues and perform system clean‑ups
Manage service tickets using ServiceNow
Assist with hardware distribution to nationwide locations
Maintain hardware/software inventory and perform warranty service tasks
Collaborate with team members and provide occasional technical guidance
Skills Windows 11, Office 365, O365, M365, intune, Azure, Active Directory, Service desk, Hardware support, Imaging equipment, servicenow, Support, Customer service, Troubleshooting, MAC, A+ Certification, Network+, Dell Hardware
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years IT support experience (desktop/hardware/software)
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, imaging/deployment
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions
High school diploma (technical certifications preferred)
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
