Salary is based on skills and experience. Base range: $170,000.00/yr – $230,000.00/yr. What You Will Do
Senior Engineering Manager leading a team of engineers developing cutting‑edge aerospace technology for our Korry product line. Visionary leader driving innovation in integrated aerospace displays, airborne computing, avionics, and optical systems. Primary Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Drive design, development, and testing of next‑generation aerospace products, ensuring high quality, cost‑effective, and robust solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Translate business strategy and technology roadmap into actionable goals, aligning every project with the company’s long‑term vision. Implement best practices to improve engineering efficiency and streamline New Product Development (NPD) processes. Collaborate with business units and senior leadership to align on product development and production support. Ensure engineers have the resources and support needed to thrive, guiding the team through complex challenges. Perform special projects and tasks as assigned. Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Experience
Successful track record of leading and managing high‑performing engineering teams. Proven ability to manage technical, cost, and schedule performance on complex development and sustaining programs. Technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, systems, software, or test disciplines. Thriving in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Preferred Specialized Skills and Abilities
Experience with industry standards (e.g., ARP‑4754A, DO‑178C, DO‑254) and export regulations (ITAR). Physical Requirements
Frequent use of personal computers and database/digital platforms. Hands, fingers, and arms used to reach, handle, touch, or feel equipment, materials, and computers. Frequent movement within the office. Frequent close‑vision work requiring focus adjustment. Salary Range
Typical hiring range is $170,000 – $230,000 annually. Offers within the range are based on qualifications and pay equity. Benefits
