Overview
Citibank, N.A. seeks an FP&A Lead Analyst for its Miami, FL location. Responsibilities
Coordinate analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results with the broader Finance team. Contribute to directional strategy and provide advice on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi’s current and projected performance. Coordinate LATAM FP&A model performance reviews and controls, including MRM relationships for performance, review and challenge as well as model validation efforts. Support the new model-oriented Plan and Outlook process for the ICG business across the region. Revamp forward-looking projections in line with Regulatory demands and Citi’s overall Transformation efforts in light of the Consent Order. Work with the modeling team and the LFOs to enhance existing models and gain sign off from the business and FP&A Latam organization. Coordinate the development (and any supporting documentation) of new and existing statistical models and assumptions for CCAR and forward-looking projections. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field and five (5) years of relevant experience. Experience leading and coordinating financial model development, review, and challenge for business forecasting and financial performance tracking. Experience tracking business financials, developing long-term strategic plans to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and controls while increasing profitability. Experience generating analytics for business performance, including KPIs and benchmarks. Experience coordinating a Book of Work (BOW) across multi-location teams and resources in different sites and time zones. Experience implementing, standardizing, and tracking new processes and developing financial results to analyze the impact on business performance. Experience leading financial data transformation from multiple platforms into standard reporting using Knime and Tableau. Benefits
