Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with one to multiple large mechanical projects (HVAC)

Manage subs, coordinate project schedules, and build/get approval on change orders when the project is complete

Requirements

1 or more years working as an HVAC Project Manager for a mechanical contractor

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree (Construction related)

HVAC experience

Project Management experience (Scheduling, Coordination, Billing, Change-Orders, etc)

Stable work-history

Local in Bay Area
