We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Vice President of Sales to lead the organization’s sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships across all regions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the automotive components industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of developing high‑performing sales teams and scalable growth strategies.

Position Responsibilities Sales Leadership and Strategy

Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales managers to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

Establish and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, customer needs, and automotive market trends.

Monitor and analyze sales performance across regions, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Business Development and Customer Relations

Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with key OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product introductions.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand visibility and strengthen relationships.

Operational Excellence and Collaboration

Design and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and use of technologies (such as CRM systems).

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align sales strategies with production capabilities.

Oversee key account management to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business goals.

Financial and Performance Management

Develop and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and incentive programs.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.

Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

10–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the automotive or industrial manufacturing industry.

Proven success driving revenue growth and expanding market share in a competitive environment.

Strong understanding of automotive sales channels, including OEM and Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier relationships.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Financial and analytical acumen, with expertise in forecasting, pricing, and margin management.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Leadership or Executive Management Certification

Sales Strategy or Business Development Certification

What the Role Offers

Competitive salary range:

$200,000.00 – $250,000.00
