Marketing is a key function to scale our growth strategy, promoting Decision Intelligence in the DACH region and beyond. We celebrate bold, value‑centric B2B marketing and rely on you to deliver high‑quality vertical and thought‑leadership content.
Responsibilities Your main tasks include:
Creating and executing audience‑focused marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns and social media.
Converting complex product features into clear, compelling stories and value propositions.
Shaping and evolving our content and growth strategy, including SEO, editorial planning and acquisition/retention initiatives.
Setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn) to drive measurable impact.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to align marketing activities with business and customer needs.
Developing and maintaining product messaging, battlecards and sales enablement materials.
Monitoring and analysing key marketing metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
Planning and supporting events, conferences and other growth initiatives.
Requirements
Several years of experience in product or content marketing, copywriting, ideally within Tech/B2B SaaS.
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Proven storytelling talent and a passion for sharing user stories.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Sales and Customer Success.
Hands‑on, pragmatic, results‑driven with a drive to implement and optimize initiatives.
